On Monday May 8 at 7pm, MPP Tom Rakocevic and I will co-host a virtual condo town hall for condo residents. We continue to hear complaints from condo residents who feel they have nowhere to turn if they face problems with their property manager, condo board, or condo developer.
Both MPP Rakocevic and I believe that condo residents should live in a safe and well-maintained homes. To achieve this goal you need strong consumer protections.
We will be providing an overview of some of the legislation we’d like to propose to better protect you and get your feedback. We have invited condo sector regulators and ministry staff to observe our meeting so they can hear directly from you.
