Last year, your elected TDSB trustees put a cap in place to prevent ultra-large classes in Grades 4–8. That safeguard has now been overturned by an unelected, provincially appointed supervisor, opening the door to much bigger classes with even less supports.
This decision affects real kids, real classrooms, and real families.
That's why I’m hosting a press conference this Monday February 2 at College St United Church, to stand with parents, teachers, and students and call for smaller class sizes and more staff in classrooms.
If you’re able, I’d love for you to join us, and kids are welcome too.
