Enhanced Vaccine Receipts are now available to everyone from https://covid-19.ontario.ca/get-proof/
Your proof of vaccination will now include a QR code that businesses can scan using the Verify Ontario App. The Verify Ontario app does not allow the Ontario government or businesses to track or save personal and identifiable information.
Vaccine receipts without a QR code are still valid as proof of vaccination
Use the Get your proof tool to learn what to do if you:
- have a red and white health card or no health card
- had your vaccine outside Ontario or in a different country.
You can also call the Provincial Vaccine Contact Centre at 1-833-943-3900 to have your enhanced vaccine certificate emailed or mailed to you.
